Production equipment for pulp molded products has developed rapidly. In China, it is mainly semi-automatic equipment, while foreign countries are almost all fully automatic and high-energy-consuming assembly lines. Since a large amount of moisture (about 55-60%) remains on the workpiece after compression molding, the moisture content of the final product is 12-14%, so about half of the weight of the workpiece should be removed during the drying process of the workpiece. , this part of the water all depends on the absorption of heat into water vapor. 

The drying process has undergone a phase change, and the energy consumption is very large, so the pulp molded products become high energy consumption products. By analyzing the energy conversion process of drying, it is very important to improve the drying equipment and improve the utilization rate of energy to reduce the production cost of pulp molding products.
