Fully automatic pulp molding production line

SHM fully automatic pulp molding production line is designed mainly for making high quality paper pulp trays and boxes. During the production process, the wet trays or boxes are hot pressed to smooth the surface. Trays and boxes made using pulp thermoforming machine technology are water resistant and they can fully replace plastic ones. As these products are designed for high-end packaging, the input material is always good virgin pulp. Recommended pulp types are bagasse, bamboo, eucalyptus, soft wood and hard wood. Production Process:

Paper pulp machine systems’ pulp is sucked onto the forming mould.

The formed wet package is then transported into the drying and hot pressing mould.

The wet trays or boxes are hot pressed to smooth the surface.

The final production step involves trimming the edges and cutting out the holes.
