Rice Seedling Tray Production Line

Rice seedling tray production line is used to produce the rice nursery tray for rice planting area.


This product is aimed at the large-scale cultivation of ploughed soil and the serious destruction of the plough layer. Using the straw, mushroom sputum, rice husk, biogas residue, and other agricultural and forestry wastes quickly ripened by the factory, giving a full set of nutrition and disease prevention. The herbicidal formula is made into a new “soilless seedling substrate”.


The “nurturing substrate” can be used for seedling and cultivation of rice and other crops instead of soil. The project is of great significance for protecting cultivated soil, effectively utilizing waste resources, improving crop planting methods, and reducing the environmental pollution.
